Robert graduated from the University of Washington Business School with an emphasis on Entrepreneurship.  While attending college he supported himself through personal real estate investments and representing real estate buyers, sellers, and investors.  His background in investment real estate and his entrepreneurial attitude naturally lent to establishing Prospera Real Estate.

One of my biggest ongoing goals in life is helping people achieve their dreams through real estate and experiencing the benefits of home ownership! Home Buyers & 1st time home buyers – I enjoy seeing the smile on my client’s faces when they receive keys in hand to their very new home. Move in day is always a fun and memorable day! My market knowledge (backed by my appraisal background) has definitely come in handy when my buyers are making one of the most important decisions of their lives, thus acquiring the dream of home ownership.

Sellers - Selling a home quickly can be a difficult thing to do these days. Although we have been successful in helping clients sell their home in record time lately. The last couple transactions we had listed we’re locked up in 7 and 9 days!

Investment purchases – Not only do I have access to the local MLS and have been able to find some great below market deals; but I also work with a couple local wholesalers. Through this working relationship I have been able to offer exceptional investment properties to my clients with purchase prices generally around 60-70 cents on the dollar!

Lease Option Investing - On top of beng a real estate agent, I'm also a Managing Partner of Empire Options; which is a company dedicated to providing profitable lease options to our investors and a win/win situation for our lease option tenants. Our investors have been able to cash flow anywhere from $300 - $1000 on every deal.
