I personally got into this business through a smaller brokerage that provided a positive environment for me to grow my business.  After years of being in the real estate business, I still cannot comprehend why many agents are willing to pay their broker so much.  I understand that for some it is worth it, but for someone like myself it is not.  This is why I established our desk fee and commission split structure to enhance our agent's abilities to put more money into their marketing and their savings accounts.  Our goal is NOT to deprive you of the income you have earned, rather to continually enhance our network of professionals and capabilities which will feed into the bottom lines of our agents.
